DXF Import Tools FeatureScript?

Was going through the always fun Inkscape → DXF import → sketch process and thought there might be a way to streamline it. Is there a FS that will apply sketch constraints based on rules and tolerances? Some examples
- Make points within xmm of each other coincident.
- Make lines less than x degrees off axis vertical or horizontal
- Remove duplicate entities.
Is this feasible, and does anything like this exist yet? I think with how FeatureScript works this would have to be a custom feature that takes a sketch or sketch entities and outputs a new sketch object.

I don't think it'll constrain, but still better than dxf
Tried it, haven't had any luck with it so far even with a relatively simple/stripped down set of paths. I suspect supporting even a subset of the SVG spec is a pretty big lift.
