MASSO Controller - Incorrect Tool Change format

I am using the Mach4 post processor for my MASSO G3 Touch.
When tool change g-code is produced, OnShape is producing incorrect g-code. The MASSO documentation (see the Troubleshooting section) points out that the correct g-code is T5 M6, whereas OnShape is producing M6 T5, which does not prompt for a tool change.
Outside of editing files by hand, is there a workaround available?
