Lofting Text

I have some text.
- extrude a small box on top plane
- put text on top of the box
- copy the text
- line offset plane at say 30 deg at bottom of box
- new sketch on plane (paste the text on it)
- align the text up with the other plane's text
- loft the text.
I have tried everything. I can only loft one letter at a time.
Is there a way to choose all the faces at one time and loft them?

If the text is the exact same size and shape, it doesn't need to be lofted, just Sweep it in that direction.

Or just extrude?
Can you share a document? There may be something I'm missing, but extrude can handle a lot of options (up to a surface, along a direction, etc).
