More defining issues

Made a polycon, why are two points constrained, but 3 are not? If I'm using the polycon sketch tool, why just 2 defined? Plan on doing a loft on plane one, but need to define each polycon. tried putting a measure on each line, adding a constraint to each of the 3 points, but still not fully defined. What am I missing, ack!!!

If you grab anything that's blue and drag it, you'll see what's not tied down.

In this case, you don't have anything that's preventing your pentagon from spinning around the origin. You could constrain that a lot of different ways, but the most obvious would be to make the bottom point coincident with the right plane or a horizontal constrain for the top side or add an angle dimension if you really want it at some non-aligned clocking.
