Your sketch is over defined. Your constraints and dimensions are telling onshape two things and both of them can't be true. For example giving two opposite sides of a rectangle different dimensions would make it go red.
More generally there looks like a lot going on in that sketch. Do one petal and then use the circular pattern to do do the rest. Even better. Do one petal, do your 3D thing to it and circular pattern the feature.
