How to report out height, width, and moment of inertia from multiple cross sections

Our team wants to do a study using collected data from multiple different custom aluminum tubes. A pattern is getting me close but I need a way to have it return height, width, and moment of inertia values at each cross sections. Looking for a solution that can easily be replicated for many different tubes.

I'd be curious to see a method without using featurescript - but yeah, with featurescript this would be fairly trivial.
