How do I get my old account back

When I originally made, my account I did it through my school email but I didn't login specifically with the Henrico Public School Enterprise. However, when I learned I could do that I decided to sign in. But the issue is that now I can't log into the old one. It shows accounts but when I try to log in with my password it says it's not valid and when I try to reset it just says it doesn't worry and always an error. What do I do?
I press the bottom one ot try and get back into my original account which has all my stuff.
