I did the assembly and pretty sure it is correct. placed the piston in the correct place and added the standard content
I can't get the y coordinate of the center of mass to match
Any Ideas?

It would sure help if we could see the document. Maybe you assigned a wrong material to one part?

I checked the material and it looks correct
made the doc public
Was the cylinder meant to be placed off center relative to the origin? If not, that would affect CofM coordinates, if you didn't specify an appropriate MC for the mass properties reference frame, for calculations woud default to the origin.
