Centering image on face

Hey! Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I'm just starting out and I'm stumped. I just created a sketch that puts an image on a face and now I want to do the same on all 4 sides of my object, but for some reason I can't do it on the other sides. I'm trying to create a vertical line in the middle of my sketch (which I just did on the front face), but I get the error "A constraint must involve something from the sketch."
Video below, thanks in advance!

There is no 'vertical line' tool, only the 'line' tool which is over on the far left side. Sketch constraints don't draw things, they just add relationships.
