Certificate Gone

3 years ago i took the certified on shape associate exam and passed, i no longer have access to the email that was associated since i have graduated from my highschool and it was delted after, but was still able to log into my onshape account. I checked to see if i can still access my certificate just for it to not be on my account, i checked multiple emails and tried everything but it's like it doesnt exist. I know for a fact I took it but its not there. My account use to be an education account but its now downgraded to free, would that have anything to do with it?
