setting diameter of circle

Step 1 : click on Add Sketch button
Step 2: click on existing face on model
Step 3: click on Center Point Circle tool
Now here is the problem, I need to specify the exact diameter of the circle, but hitting the number keys when I am in Center Point Circle tool mode doesn't do anything

Click to place the center. Move mouse to get a nominal diameter. Click. Enter desired diameter.
