Some students can't register for an account - sign in attempt throttled / recaptcha

Hi,
I've added a number of students to my Enterprise and a couple have been unable to sign in using the single sign in. They're getting an invalid login details message then a sign in attempt throttled / recaptcha message.
I've tried removing them and sending a new request and a number of different browsers / phone.
