I have a Creality CR M4 that I used to print lots of downloaded STLs. when i have tried to send an STL created in Onshape using Creality Print to print, then files slices but when sent to printer it fails to print. i have tried all the internet search /ai fixes such as send as 3mf, model fix model, check unit miss match and even creating a very simple shape such as a box. the file i am trying to print is https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5b9e191148459123f1937dd8/w/79fe0aaf468e934144961e15/e/d0249ebdc3b899728323e513

I've printed several STL exports from Onshape with my old Ender3pro, no problems .But I'm using Cura for slicing. Not familiar with how Creality Print works.
I checked your model in both Onshape and Bambu Studio (I don't use Creality). It looks good in both, and slices fine in Bambu. IDK what the issue is, but the model seems fine to me.
