New Feature: Fillet Normal (like Fillet All Edges, but way faster)

Fillet Normal is a full re-write of Julia's "Fillet All Edges".
Fillet Normal fillets all edges which are normal to a selected face (unless excluded). Features a significant performance boost: 84ms vs 1.43s for the example below.

Hi Josh, this is really cool! What are the benefits of using Fillet Normal as opposed to a Query Variable to query for all the normal edges? I haven't tried it yet, but I assume performance optimization and less overall clicks?

@ry_gb basically, it's optimized for our most common use cases. Query variable would be complicated to find matching lines, normal to the face, on a specific body, and with exceptions. Even then, single operation fillet could fail, while my individual mode would likely succeed, or at least give some debugging to locate issue areas.
Big updates to inner workings and UI. Especially to visualize errors and fixes.
