Documents Space

Hello. At times I'm reluctant to start a new document for something really minor or to create a document in order to reply to a question on the forum. My concern is the possibility of Onshape's resources (space?, admin?) being unnecessarily used. I created a document 'Miscellaneous' that has a bunch of unrelated part studios in an attempt to avoid that, but I found the problem with that is the inability to search for something that I've worked on if it's tucked inside that document. Need I be concerned about the use of Onshape's resources?
Also, a document created to use in a response to a forum member's question is a document I'll most likely never use again. Is it safe to delete that document after some time, expecting it no longer has any use to anyone?
