How do you create new toolbar dropdown groups?

I love customizing the toolbar but can't figure out how to group tools into dropdowns (like Fillet and Chamfer)
I've tried a bunch of variations of dragging on top, moving around, looking in my account.

Nope. Not possible. Not yet anyway. Just one of the quirks you need to get used to. That and the fact that the contents of the default dropdowns change depending on the zoom level of your browser. Don't forget the alt+C shortcut for tool search - it's pretty slick, and gives results the moment you start typing.
