Creating a structural transition in a model help

Looking for assistance completing this model. I'm having an issue figuring out how to join the angled walls of the drain ramp to the main circular body. Ideally the walls would follow the circular shape where it joins.

One important bit of information in such cases is usually: "How is it going to be manufactured?"
