Repurchased Onshape Certified Professional but unable to start exam?

I did not receive a voucher code from onshape but did receive an order confirmation email. I purchased it on August 16th(4 days ago). When I go to the certification dashboard, only the previous onshape exam( I had given the previous exam 2 years ago) comes up, not the new one that I recently purchased. Can somebody from onshape support help me on the next step and figure out whats going on?
