How can I give students access to certain feature scripts and drawing templates by default?

Hello!

I work as a lab tech in the engineering department at a CC and I have been looking for ways to help my students get set up for prototyping on our specific manufacturing equipment more seamlessly. We have a CAD class that teaches onshape, and several intro to engineering courses that involve students developing a prototype "product" using onshape and the equipment in our engineering makerspace.

I was wondering if there was any way to give all the students in my class access to a drawing template that is already the correct size, scale, color, to work with our laser cutter and laser material.

I also wanted to give them access to a set of feature scripts and common material sections by default.

Right now we spend about a whole class getting everyone set up for the first time and anything to speed that up would be a perk.
