I have a shoe for my CNC mill but would like to add a round to the narrow end
The shoe is clipped on to a CNC mill. The hole shown is where a drill passes through. The other end is connected to a vacuum hose.
To reduce the volume of the shoe and improve the suction I would like to add a round to the lower narrow end that will extend into the flat surface about half way along. Any ideas of how I can achieve this please?

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried using fillets but it wasn't severe enough. And it took away the flat surface around the hole, which I would like to keep. Any other ideas?
