Educator account – "Select Classroom" dropdown empty, cannot create a Class

Hello,

I upgraded my account to the Educator plan a few hours ago. On the Subscription page it shows "2SI 2026-27 — Onshape Educator", status Active, 500 Educator plan users, no credit card.

When I try to create a Class (Create → Class), the required "Select Classroom" dropdown is empty — no classroom is listed — so I cannot create any class and the Create button stays disabled.

I have already tried: refreshing the page, signing out and back in, several different browsers,
over several hours — with no change.

Could an Onshape staff member please check my EDU company provisioning so I can create classes? I'm happy to share my account email by private message.
