1: Extrude the sketch, up to face
2: Create a sketch of a cylinder with internal dia larger than original cylinder by the amount you require the raised section, the outside dia will need to be large enough to encase all the sketch you extruded to face and select remove.

Narayan_K Member Posts: 379 ✭✭✭@ bryan_lagrange, the other method is extruding(surface Extrude) the sketch up to face and using the edge of the surface for you further operations.Similar to your previous question.
