inverted truncated pyramid with open top

How do I make an inverted truncated four sided pyramid with an open top. Ultimately I would like the corners to be defined as box joints, and am hoping that I can use the drawing to determine the angle of the saw when making the cuts. I've created the basic shape many ways, but I can't get it to be hollow and no top.

I'm not sure what the best way is to break it into individual parts is though. However, if this is the general shape you're going for, I'm sure a few people will have suggestions.
