How to create a "faceted" model?

Hi. I would like to create a model that is faceted like the body of a F-117 stealth fighter, picture below. I imagine that I need to draw criss-crossing lines on a sketch and extrude material from each of those regions. But how do I then angle both the sides and top of the extrusion to create multiple triangular shapes that fit together? What is the approach for something like this?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Lofts are your friend . I overlayed the top and side views in sketches, and drew overtop of them.

Good luck modeling!
