Unable to access Onshape documents after logging in

Tried several computers, and two different accounts -- one payed account, and one secondary free account. I'm frequently getting this message when I try to access documents:
"Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. You can refresh the browser to continue working on this document or return to the Documents page."
This problem began occurring tonight. Previously, I have had no problems.

When a document is shared with Onshape support, the Share toggle button turns blue; at any time you can unshare the document with Onshape support by clicking the toggle link again.
