Table driven piecewise linear curve

I have to refine a geometry, computed by another program, that is defines by a series of radii. But I am not keen on entering the 60+ values manually and was looking for some automated way. Is there a way to create a piecewise linear curve from a table, array or macro? Is there a different way to accomplish the same thing?
