mass properties tool only shows area and length but not mass now?

I know this used to work because I used it before, and had even specified a material, but now I select an entire part in the parts studio, and then the lower right dialog shows AREA with an arrow up that when hovered over shows LENGTH.  there is a shaded "show measure details" box that disappears when I try to click on it covering the lower right info.  How do I get it to show mass now?

that was it, I was highlighting the part by right click dragging across the image rather than selecting the part.  Thanks!

are you selecting the part from the parts list?

@tom_jelly, I think you have selected part from model space that's why area is showing. If you select part from part tree then you will able to see mass properties detail of any part. Kindly refer below video for more detail,
