How to define and use simple custom design check rules?

giulio_tamberigiulio_tamberi Member Posts: 3
Is there a way to define and use at least simple design rules to check my model against?

For instance, it would be beneficial to define a few rules like the following ones (with an example for the limit values):

  • minimum wall thickness = 0.1 mm
  • minimum embossed detail (high) = 0.6mm
  • minimum embossed detail (width) = 0.6mm
  • minimum engraved detail (high) = 0.6mm
  • minimum engraved detail (width) = 0.6mm
  • minimum clearance (between any two walls, wires, or separate parts) = 0.6mm
  • minimum wire width (a wire is a feature whose length is greater than two times its width) = 2mm
  • ...

And then check the model and see any non compliance to these rules highlighted in red or yellow in the design part.

Thanks,
Giulio
