How to apply constraints between entities on different sketch planes?

Suppose there is a line on the x-plane of length 10mm.
Then there is another line on the y-plane in a different sketch.
Can the length of the line in the y-plane be linked, so that it changes size automatically to match the length of the line in the x-plane?

I would make an variable with the value and use it in both dimentions.5
