Not all extrusions included in part

Hi,
I created a part in the part assembly by drawing a sketch and then adding three extrusions.
But when I add this part in the assembly tab only one of the extrusions is included and not the total part.
I'm sure it is my lack of understanding of the software but I can't seem to figure out why all the extrusions aren't being included.
Any ideas?
Thanks
