How to rotate text?

I seem to have a problem with the text from the sketches in onshape, as the box enclosing the text keeps defaulting to one position. Any ideas on how to fix this?

By default there's a horizontal constraint on the box. Checking "Show Constraints" or hovering on the bottom line will allow you to select and delete the constraint, and then you can dimension as appropriate to rotate the text.
