Planar Mates

I am new to OnShape but been using SW software for years. I am having trouble with the Planar mate. I am trying to use this mate to offset 3 planes of one part to 3 planes of a fixed part with offsets. Imagine trying to put a smaller square cube into a larger square hole. This, in effect, would fix the 2 parts together in a position. I get the first two planar mates ok. The 3rd one will not let me offset the distance I need. Any suggestions?
