Scale Issue When Exporting to Illustrator

Whenever I export a drawing sheet to Illustrator, the scale is slightly off.
For example, I have a part that's 609.1 mm. When I export as DWG or DXF, it becomes 575.537 mm. If I export as PDF, it's 608.818 mm.
Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this?
