How do I reduce the file size of my document if it is view-only? (Free Plan)

it is over 90mb and it only contains two parts?

The easiest way to reduce file size is to reduce the complexity of the model, if possible. That is to say, remove unnecessary sketches, operations on sketches such as extrude, loft, sweep, etc. Try to simplify the sketches themselves, too. Also, if you have an assembly, that will increase file size. Can you include screenshots of your document to give some idea of what you're working with?

Nothing of that will reduce the document size short term, because it is still all in the history.
To the OP: You need to temporarily make your document public, then make a  (private) copy of it. The copy will be a lot smaller, because the history is not included. Then you delete the original document to regain the space. Remember to empty the thrash. :-)
