Extrude not recognizing my sketch

So I'm stumped.
I have a sketch face that will not allow me to select entities off of to extrude.
The sketch has no generation referring issues, nor red lines.
I have tried copying the sketch to a different part studio, I have tried splitting it in half. Nothing allows me to extrude it or select faces to extrude.
Can someone please take a look and see if I doing something dumb?
To Clarify, When I mouse over individual segments to extrude, they don't select when on the Solid option. It DID before I closed out of the file last night. It will stall allow me to select individual lines on the Surface tab,
