Looking for videos and/or tutorials for adding tread patterns to tires, having zero luck. Help!

Hello, I'm new to Onshape and so far have learned to revolve, extrude and several other things. I'm very interested in designing tires but having zero luck making tread patterns or finding videos or tutorials on the subject. Any help you be greatly appreciated......thanks

I particularly like how the patterning is done here. Look at the following features: Sketch 15, Extrude 9 and Circular Pattern 1. If you copy the public document you can edit each feature to see more details into what is being done.
