Workspaces not rendering properly (lines offset)

Hello,
I'm having an issue with the rendering. When I open the workspace, the colours, shading and numbers and markers are drawn where they should be, but the lines of the model are offset to the right edge of the browser window. See screenshot below.
I'm seeing this issue on Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit, on both Chrome 53.0.2785.116 and Firefox 49.0.
Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks in advance.
