Graphic Card - Settings Lenovo W541 - Nvidia Quadro K2100M

I work with a Lenovo W541 Notebook which has a K2100M Graphic card.
The graphic card uses the optimus technology.
As I read in the help manual I set in firefox the webgl to false.
Also I set in the Nvidia Control Panel the Mozilla Firefox browser to High-Performance Nvidia Processor.
Under 3 are a lot of more options to choose.
Is necessary too change something more to get the best performance?

My mistake.
I run before the Nvidia system update scan - but that did not show a newer version.?
Maybe also my mistake.
By installing the new version it looks better / good. Will test it.
