Clara.io App does not see my assembly...It's not in the list of parts to visualize

I am trying to use the Clara.io app to render an assembly. When I add the app, it lists every part studio and sub-assy in my document except my main assembly (which is the one I want to render). Why? Is there a limit on how big the model can be?

How big is your model? I can use Clara.io fine with my moderately complex assemblies. Can you share the document link here so I can take a further look into what is going on? I filed a ticket with them around the time of your initial post when you spoke to one of our engineers.
You could also try asking around in their forum to see if anyone has any other advice.
