how to draw a trombone tuning slide bow

I'm trying to draw a trombone tuning slide, but can't seem to draw one with the available tools. Basically, it's a 180 elbow with a conical bore. I've tried using the loft tool and sweep tool to do this, but neither works. I know this can be done with Catia using the generative shape design workbench. Is there a method to do this in onshape?
