I get the message "An unexpected navigation error occurred"

When I click on a document in the document section I get the message "An unexpected navigation error occurred" and I cannot enter the document.
I am using CHROME on a computer that I have not used ONSHAPE on before.

    Best for you to use the Feedback form under the help menu.  Onshape support is really good and they can best help by you sharing a screenshot and document if possible.
