I recommend checking out two settings:
1) If you are trying to use your trackpad on your mac, read this blog post: https://www.onshape.com/cad-blog/tech-tip-how-to-cad-with-a-trackpad
2) If you are trying to emulate the mouse gestures of another CAD system, click your name in the top right corner, Manage account, Preferences, View manipulation, change to your CAD system of choice.
