These are people that are collaborating with you. If you are seeing the above (and you aren't intentionally trying to do this by opening the same document in multiple tabs or on multiple devices), it is an indication of a problem. We call this "collaborating with yourself" and is probably a bug. Please open a support ticket via "Feedback" under the "?" menu in Onshape and we will get this worked out.
