For FS, check out this on-going conversation we've been having on the topic: https://forum.onshape.com/discussion/4261/paid-featurescript-functions/p1. TL;DR - There is no mechanism in place to sell FeatureScripts.
To build an App for the App Store, you'll need to request access to the Onshape API.
