"Update Required" but no update available

I get an "Update Required" popup when I try to open a public document. So I hit update, takes me to the app store, which indicates that I'm at the latest version (Open).
What gives?

@J_P, Generally it is not happening. Can you please open a support ticket and give some more details to Onshape support team they definitely help you. Please share the userId, modeling server, document region also with Onshape support team which will be helpful to them. Press Ctrl+D in any part and assembly tab of document from keyboard for getting all information.
