how to make a square funnel

i'm trying to make a square funnel 24in x 24in at the top and 3in x3in at the bottom. it should be 24in tall. i'm completely LOST. thank you for your help

I created solid loft having two rectangles as cross sections and then finally applied shell to give thickness. Cross sections are separated from each other by the offset plane at a distance 24 inch as per the requirement.5 -
