Filleting and helical surfaces

I have a problem creating a fillet that would go around this slider. It should work as a slide for another part.
Since the fillet doesn't twist, it is not good. The Helix doesn't allow for tangent surfaces and there is no way to sketch a doublöe curve from 2 views to make sweep rails. Loft also makes inaccurate surface because the railis are not bending on the revolve axis.
Any dea how to construct this. Would hate to export/import into another cad for this.
Please any assistance would be great!
