CIrcular Pattern on an offset plane at an angle

Hello,

I am designing a simple metal air blower that I want to use as a dryer for a long piece of tubing.
The tubing goes through the airblower where 8 little holes blow air at the tube.

The airblower is basically a hollow cylinder with holes drilled on an inner face which is partially chamfered conically from the
inner part of the cylinder. I managed to design the cylinder, make a shell and design 1 hole.
I'd like to use the circular pattern to extrude the rest of the holes but I think OnShape can't do this because I had to offset 1 plane and then create another plane at an angle from the one I offset to drill the whole perpendicularly.

Any ideas how to better manage this ?
