How do I export all parts, flattening them on the XY plane?

I built a simple box using X,Y,Z. Just as you'd imagine, each side is simply a board (1/4" ply, whatever).
Goal: export each side as a flattened 2D object for laser cutting or whatevs.
How do I do this? When I export STL as individual files, all the parts that are on Front or Side views. I'm not seeing the quickest, easiest way of just getting all parts layed out as 2D without painstakingly rotating everything to XY plane first. Ugh. Ultimately I'd like everything in SVG format and not have to pop open other tools just to convert and get things done too.
Am i missing something?

Another option is to use the Auto Layout Custom Feature:

See the video here under 'Start Using Custom Features' for instructions:

This Layout feature will lay out all of the parts of a certain thickness with whatever you spacing you want, on whatever size sheets. Then you can make a Drawing of those and export the whole thing as one.Jake Rosenfeld - Modeling Team5
