Upload STL, edit and export STL?

I've uploaded an STL, made some changes and can't figure out how to export it back down as an STL file. The export options don't list STL. I didn't create the object so I don't have the original model to work with.

Christopher - because there are no edits that can be made to the stl file, there is nothing in the Part studio to download. The original file is present in the imported tab and can be downloaded at any time.Philip Thomas - Onshape5
